Minecraft head grabber
Type a username, get the head and the /give command that spawns it.
Type a Java username and the head appears here, with the /give command ready to copy.
How the head command works
- Pick your Minecraft version, then Copy. The command is written for the version you choose - 1.20.5 and up use the new item components, 1.13–1.20.4 use item NBT, and 1.8–1.12 use the old skull item. Paste it into a command block or a cheats-enabled chat.
- It follows the account, not a fixed image. The command names the player, so the head shows whatever skin that account is wearing when it is spawned - if they change skins, new heads change too.
- The head render and the face download are the exact pixels from the current skin, read in your browser. Grab the 3D head or the flat face and it is yours.
Good to know
- Java usernames only. Bedrock gamertags are not served by name from anywhere public, so this is Java Edition only.
- Nothing is uploaded. Your browser asks a public skin service for the texture and a public API for the UUID; this site never sees either.
- The UUID rows are the same id in the three shapes servers and plugin configs
ask for: dashed, plain, and the
[I;…]int array newer NBT wants.
